The Wells Fargo Seller Guide is a series of documents and forms that are distributed to mortgage consultants nationwide on a monthly basis. Cogent helped design, create, update, and package the documents and forms and tools for easy distribution on an executable CD and via the Internet. Updates and subsequent distributions were made on a monthly basis.
The Wells Fargo Funding Seller Guide sets forth the detailed terms and conditions governing the Seller’s participation in the Wells Fargo Funding Correspondent Lending Program. The Seller Guide also describes the Loan products that Wells Fargo will purchase and the underwriting criteria which apply to each Loan for the Loan to be eligible for purchase by Wells Fargo.
In addition, the Seller Guide incorporates Wells Fargo’s Underwriting Guidelines, which may be amended from time to time, describing the underwriting criteria which should be applied to each Loan for it to be eligible for purchase by Wells Fargo.
